Adriana Fernandes

Adriana Fernandes was born in Brazil, where she started her ballet training at the age of six at the Guaira Ballet Theatre, adding modern, contemporary, jazz and tap to her training a few years later.  She performed in several Ballets including The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, La Bayadere, Dom Quixote, Le Corsaire, Paquita, Swan Lake, Coppelia and Esmeralda. Adriana graduated in Personal Training and Physical Education with a concentration in Dance at age 21, publishing her article and research about the “Influence of the turn out (en dehors) in young Ballet Dancers”.

Miss “A”, as known, is proud of being part of the Dance for Kids family for almost 4 years, inspiring her students teaching ballet, lyrical, tap jazz and repertoire.
