Marissa Berlin
Marissa Berlin has taught at over a dozen studios throughout Florida and California. Her 15 plus years of dance experience, include performing as a backup dancer for an international recording artist, and appearing in Dance Alive's The Nutcracker. Marissa's choreography went on to earn top scores at national competitions, like Starpower and Starquest, as well as special recognition from Dance Masters of America. Other choreography credits include Walt Disney World's Magical Music Days and the film La Premier.
Marissa has directed many other independent shows, including her own original production, One Way Ticket: Dance, which premiered in Santa Monica in 2009. As the former director and choreographer for Danza Dance Company, she staged and choreographed many full scale productions, including routines for the University of Florida Homecoming Parade (the largest in the nation). Always learning ways to improve her craft, Marissa has taken classes from some of the best in the business, including Mia Michaels, Shane Sparks, Cris Judd and many more.
