Our studio spaces are available for rental and are ideal for all dancers, instructors, and creatives seeking a professional, well-maintained environment. Whether you are looking to rehearse choreography, hosting a small class, recording self-tapes, or working on a creative project, our studios provide a versatile and welcoming space!

Rental Rates

• Large Studio Spaces: $100/hour

• Small Studio Spaces: $75/hour

Recurring rentals may be eligible for a discounted rate. Please inquire for more details!

Availability & Scheduling

​

Studio rental availability is dependent on the day and time, as rentals must be scheduled around our regular class schedule. Space may be available during class time but limited. Rentals may be requested during times when the studio is closed, however, additional fees may apply if staff is required to be present during non-operating hours.

Approved Uses

Studio rentals may be used for:

• Choreography practice and rehearsals

• Select dance classes or private instruction

• Self-tapes, auditions, or video recordings

• Other approved creative or professional activities
